This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data when you use the Stodeus newsletter or applications (hereinafter referred to as \"the Applications\"), in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection legislation. This policy has been drafted in French. To the extent that a translated version conflicts with the French version, the French version shall prevail. Unless otherwise stated, this Privacy Policy does not apply to third party products or services or to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, including other companies with whom you may interact on or through the Applications.<\/p>

-Flight and profile data<\/b><\/span> : if you create an optional online account, the flights you synchronise and the profile details you provide (name, bio, photo).<\/p>

We ensure that this data is collected in compliance with the principle of minimisation, i.e. that only data that is strictly necessary for the intended purpose is collected.<\/p>

-Send you information about Applications, updates and important notifications.<\/p>

10. Third Party Services and External Links<\/b><\/b><\/p>

The Apps do not incorporate any advertising, analytics or crash reporting SDKs. Some display maps or place names provided by online mapping services (e.g. OpenStreetMap), which are then sent the relevant area and your device\u2019s IP address. 11. Children's Policy<\/b><\/b><\/p>

The Applications are not specifically intended for children and do not contain any inappropriate content.<\/p>

12. Changes to the Privacy Policy<\/b><\/b><\/p>

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be published in the Applications or on our website, together with the date of the update. We invite you to consult this page regularly so that you are aware of the most recent version of our Privacy Policy.<\/p>

13. Right to have data deleted<\/b><\/p>

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data (including, but not limited to, your name, email address, postal address and telephone number) that we collect via our online shop, email support service or BipLink app.<\/p>

If you make a deletion request, we will permanently and irreversibly delete your personal data from our systems. Once deleted, your data, in particular your traces, cannot be restored. Once your account has been deleted, it may take up to 90 days to remove your personal information from our systems. In addition, we may retain information where deletion requests are made to comply with the law and to take other actions required by law.<\/p>
